Where is your clothing printed?
Our fulfillment partner prints all our clothing in both North America and Europe, in four fulfillment centers: Los Angeles, CA; Charlotte, NC; Riga, Latvia and Tijuana, Mexico.
How do I know your clothing is OF high quality?
We print on only bestselling items of clothing that have good customer reviews.
How long does it take to receive my items?
Your clothing is especially printed for you when you order your items. Printing takes between 2 and 7 business days, then shipping time varies, depending on your country
Average shipping times for different regions
United States – 3 – 4 days
Europe – 3 – 6 days
Canada – 6 – 10 days
Asia – 6 – 10 days
Australia, South America and other regions – 12 – 14 days
How do I report a problem with my order?
For all problems or claims, please use the form on our contact page. Please include as many details as possible, including the name of the product, the size and color.
What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Before we do that, though, we must confirm that your shipping address was correct. You should also get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
If the tracking information states an order was delivered, our print partner won’t take responsibility and reship that order. Fortunately this has not yet happened to us, but if it does, we will have to make a decision on a case-to-case basis. Please use the form to advise us of it.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong address, then your products will be reshipped once we receive them returned. If the package is not returned, and you have made every attempt to contact the recipient, then we will process a new order to replace the original.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return or exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
